The "Teatro Olimpico" is located in Piazza Matteotti 11 and you can access by the majestic portal on the northeast side of the square, at the beginning of Corso Palladio.  The ticket office is open every day inside the Tourist information Office, next to the main entrance of the theatre, in n. 12 Piazza Matteotti. 

>>> Due to maintenance on the rooftop and façade of the main entrance, the access to the Theatre has been moved for some months at the end of Stradella Teatro Olimpico, n8. The garden is currently closed to the public.

 

BY CAR

PARK STADIO is recommended to the visitors that reach Vicenza by camper. The parking fee for 1 day is  € 10.10 ( camper service included). 

BY TRAIN

The Vicenza train station is not far from the historical centre: you can easily reach the Theatre with a pleasant 15-minute walk ( 1.4 km). Alternatively, there are several bus lines that stop in Viale Giuriolo, very close to the Theatre (buses nr 1,2, 5 or 7).

TOURIST BUSES

TOURIST BUSES
A short stop of a maximum of 15 minutes is permitted 800 meters from the Theater in the NEW DEDICATED BAYS exclusively for TOURIST BUSES, located approximately halfway down Via dello Stadio, to allow tourists to board and alight. Once completed, drivers must move their vehicle to the designated parking areas (the nearest is located at the end of Viale dello Stadio itself).
The short stop is allowed provided that a parking disc indicating the start time of the stop is clearly and visibly displayed on the vehicle's windshield.
Paid blue parking bays are available a little further ahead, in the final stretch of Via dello Stadio (approx. 1.2 km from the Olympic Theater). The parking fee is € 10.00 per 24 hours. Please note that Via dello Stadio is not available during L.R. Vicenza home matches.

Alternatively, other paid parking bays are located in Via Pforzheim (near Park Cricoli). Tourist buses can park outside the Park Cricoli park-and-ride facility, in the bays reserved for them on Via Pforzheim. The paid parking fee is € 10.00 per 24 hours; payment can be made at the automatic pay station at Park Cricoli, which issues a receipt/ticket to be displayed on the bus dashboard.

Parking bays for tourist buses are also available in Viale X Giugno, serving pilgrims and visitors to the Sanctuary of Monte Berico.

"Tourist bus" means any vehicle equipped with more than 8 passenger seats, excluding the driver.
